Every Tailsbook book is made to order and personalisedto your pet — your photos, your pet's name, your stories. Because each one is created uniquely for you, an order can't be cancelled for a change of mind once we begin creating it. You're reminded of this, and asked to confirm it, before you pay.
Before we begin — while you're still answering the story questions — you can cancel for a full refund any time by emailing hello@tailsbook.com.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
We back every book. If you're not happy with your finished book for any reason, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you — no conditions. If you'd rather we fix or reprint it instead, we'll gladly do that. You also read and approve every page online before anything is printed, and one round of changes is included — so most concerns are resolved before the book ever goes to press.
Damaged or not as approved
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the proof you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it at no cost to you.
Shipping
Hardcover books are printed on demand and shipped within the United States. Production and delivery typically take 1–2 weeks after you approve your book. Shipping is included in the price shown.
